We strive to ship orders within 1 business day of receiving order. If order is received before 2:00 PM EST it will be shipped the same day. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Items such as PTAC units are drop shipped from Carrier Corporation and will be shipped as soon as available. There may be slight delays in shipping PTAC units during times of high demand for this style of equipment.

   Most items are shipped Fedex Ground. If you need something next day air please contact us for quote.

   If you receive an item that is damaged please let us know ASAP and we will reship and file a damage claim with the shipping company.

   If you need to return an item please contact us for return instructions. Items that are returned must be in original package and in new condition. If an item has been installed or altered in any way we will not accept it back.
