This design can be ordered with a PEI impeller or a full bronze impeller. Conditions such as GPM and FTHD must be specified so your Armstrong 4270 pump will have the correct impeller trim.
The Armstong model 4270 is a close coupled end suction design which means the impeller is bolted directly to the motor shaft as opposed to having a bearing assembly and the suction line enters the center of the volute with the pump discharge line leaving the top of the volute.
