“Customer service is top notch, bought this for my dad's hvac unit and couldn't identify the part number for the old one, customer service saw my purchase survey stating that I wasn't sure if I purchased the correct one, the promptly emailed me, I told them that I didn't have the old part number, they asked for the serial number and model number, and corrected my order for me, received in 2 days, I installed the part because of buzzing, but the part they sent me was exactly what I needed, had to replace the connectors because one was loose and burned, but started the unit up and a/c on and buzzing was gone. If your not sure if you ordered the correct part, don't hesitate to contact them, they will make sure your order is correct for your application. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
