If you have a water leak on an Armstrong bearing assembly with any of the part numbers listed below you should consider replacing the bearing assembly or using rebuild kit 816999MF-041. Usually when you see a water leak the bearings have also failed and replacing the seal will stop the leak for a very short period of time
